Dateline NBC Tapes Presidential Pet Museum

May 9, 2005. DATELINE NBC has taped an hour long show on the Nations Pets and it will air late May or early June. DATELINE is putting in a segment about the Presidential Pet Museum as they taped here at the Museum for about four and a half hours and the show will also include President and Mrs. Bush and of course, Barney and Ms. Beasley. There is a segment about merchandising and pets, medicine and pets and celebrities and pets. Should be a very exciting and informative show. We will keep you posted on the exact date..

May 9, 2005 The Presidential Pet Museum commissioned a life-size bronze statue of Barney by famous Animal Sculptor, Richard Chashoudian of Baton Rouge, La., a longtime Terrier breeder, now famous judge and honoree in the Nature's Recipe/DC World/Dog Fancy seventeenth HALL OF FAME.
